T4 W5 Reading Reflection

This week for reading we redid our explorer writing and made it Funny and Better here is mine. I made it better by making it funny and more interesting so that people would read it.

T4 W4 literacy Reflection

     This week for reading we had to write three short paragraphs . There were three different types of writing the first one is to entertain second to inform and third to persuade . The paragraphs were based on you being an explorer and you were going to explore a jungle that no one else has explored.

This week for writing we started our myths and legends writing . I did task four which is draw a magical creature you made up and give it a name and label every thing on it.

This week for word work I did rainbow writing. Rainbow writing is when you write down all your spelling words and and make them look like a rainbow.

Term 4 Week 3 Reading Reflection

        This week for reading we were looking at types of writing. We had to find four pieces of writing and put them in a google doc. Next time I'm going to try and find some more interesting articles.

This week we also had to write down what kinds of  writing it was from a google drawing. There were three pieces of writing to write an answer to.

This week for reading we did an explanation burger and did it on a book called a wife for Te Ra. A wife for Te Ra is a Maori legend. Next time I'm going to do some more writing.

Emerald,Amethyst,Lapis lazuli,Diamond,Opal,Ruby and Topaz.

Math 

For math we made a screen caster fie about our math. My one was about using decimals on a number line. Screencastify is when you make a video  of what your doing on the screen.

           

Writing

For writing this week we did a newspaper article about Charlotte's web. We had to at least three paragraphs. It is my most favorite piece of writing I've done about Charlotte's web.
